»The Liability of Individual Corporate Actors in International Criminal Law According to Human Rights Standards«: As part of the broader business and human rights research on corporate liability for human rights violations, the book concentrates on perpetrator liability models in international and national criminal law. It examines superior responsibility and principal liability, as well as perpetration by virtue of organisational control, and refers to non-criminal law regulations, such as the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, in order to concretise obligations of economic actors.
